Case 1 – Lucy, 36 years...

... suffered very much from her abraded and misaligned anterior teeth which she considered inharmonic. By help of CEREC veneers her teeth got a harmonic shape and a natural brightness. With the new congenial smile Lucy appears much more friendly.

Case 2 – Max, 48 years...

... had a gold crown with an open margin in one of his lower molars. He suffered continously from pain when eating something hot or cold and sweet. He also disliked the metal twinkle from his mouth. Due to the high biting forces the particularly strong ceramic e.max CAD was choosen. This material looks blueish before firing. After the try-in the crown was crystallized in a furnace and received a perfect natural tooth color.

Case 3 – Alexander, 38 years...

... wanted to get rid of his ugly amalgam fillings. These fillings were so large that they couldn't be replaced with composite resin fillings risking abrasion , fracture and open margins. Three teeth of the right lower jaw were treated with CEREC inlays in one procedure. After two and a half hours his teeth looked like new. Using the CEREC method most of the sound tooth substance was preserved. The metallic taste entirely disappeared.

Case 4 – Carl, 36 years...

... lost his lower molar some years ago. In order to preserve the adjacent teeth an implant was inserted. A CEREC all-ceramic crown could close the gap. An optically and functionally perfect solution.

Case 5 – Robert, 42 years...

... just on tour, had his amalgam-filling replaced with a composite filling. Constant wear had deteriorated the surface of the filling in a short time span. In a single appointment the filliing was replaced within one hour. Using the CEREC system a glass-ceramic onlay was inserted, covering the weak unsupported edges of the tooth. After the treatment Robert decided to come back to have the adjacent amalgam-filling replaced as soon as possible.

Case 6 – Carolin, 19 years...

... was refererred to our office after orthodontic treament with the unsatisfying result of a remaining gap in between the two front teeth. The young patient very much appreciated the possiblity of adjustment without any loss of healthy tooth structure. We were able to place two non-prep veneers, e.g. very thin and precisely fitted ceramic shells. With CEREC this was accomplished in one appointment with taking any impressions. Anette was able to leave the office with her new look in little more than one hour.

Case 7 – Hans, 38 years...

... wanted to get better looking incisors, whose look was impaired by the loss of tooth structure around the edges as well as a visible misalignment. The method that conserves almost all of the tooth structure is called veneering. With minimal preparation the teeth can be covered using ceramic facings. The CEREC device is able to mill the thin shell out of an individually selected ceramic block. The four veneers were fabricated and inserted in one single appointment. After polishing a high gloss was achieved and the patient amazed with the new feeling.

Case 8 – Rosamunde, 52 years...

... did not wish to be treated with capped front teeth as it was proposed by another clinic. Our proposal to improve the situation with minimal invasive ceramic veneers met her expectations perfectly. With three hours the discolored and insufficient filled teeth were treated using CEREC veneers. She is now very happy with her smile.

Case 9 – Kalle, 21 years...

... could not afford the implants which were initially planned after a protracted orthodontic treatment. Furthermore the little space between the teeth the implant seemed difficult. Due to the young age of the patient a fixed bridge which needed the preparation of the two adjacent teeth was out of the question. Thus the idea of an adhesive bridge done with CEREC was initiated. It took two appointments, one for making the cast model and milling and glazing the ceramic bridge and the other for inserting, e.g. cementing the bridges - with a brilliant outcome.
